Jacob Casper is a musician, bandleader, and composer from Orange County, California. Currently as a student at UC Irvine,

he studies under Grammy Nominated  upright bassist Darek Oleszkiewicz as well as acclaimed electric bassist Andre Berry.  At just 19 years old, Casper holds 10+ years of playing on the bass, 3+ years of gigging experience, and has played with Grammy Nominated musicians, Eric Marienthal, Poncho Sanchez, and Wayne Bergeron. He now looks to pursue a new endeavor with his quartet,  combining his influences across funk, soul, and jazz fusion, while honoring the music of jazz legends before him.
